Art Seymour
These photographs of Art Seymour and his remarkable Chevrons and Glasswork
were taken in the Autumn of 2002 at the Friendship
Rendezvous in Indiana.

My companion and I spent over an hour chatting with Art, in between customers buying his beautiful glasswork. An amiable gentleman with a wealth of knowledge and obviously unique skills born out of his years of experimentation and development of glass working.
Expressing an avid interest in being able to promote and sell his Chevrons on this Website,
he replied that he would let me know .. I'm still waiting Art !! :))

A public posting on
http://www.beadcollector.net from the Master Himself :

As many of you may know I've been on an extended sabbatical for a little over two years. During this time I've been working on a variety of projects, some of which are going to change my direction for the duration. A new concept erupted in my mind sometime last year which promises to bring me much pleasure in the exploring for some time to come. I'm very excited about the possibilities and have proven up on quite a few. As a result I'm afraid that I just won't have time for making conventional chevrons any longer. Some will no doubt leak out around the edges of this new body of work, but with all this excitement I just can no longer justify working at the simple chevron level. There's just not enough time. Thank you all for your continued interest and support, I hope you understand .
Here's a taste of some of the fun I'm having currently.......... Art

These beads are pure glass, no glue, all chevron.
