How it works
We’d work together via Skype and I’d ask you to initially make some videos of your holiday rental and also take some photographs (don’t worry if you don’t know how to – it’s easy and I’ll show you how). Together we’d discuss YOU and YOUR PROPERTY and devise an action plan unique to you and with clear, actionable, accountable steps. I’ll set you monthly tasks and challenges on which you will email your progress to me each week. Each month during our call we’d review progress together. By the end of the 5 months you will have grown in confidence both personally and professionally. You will be ready to run your holiday rental property as a business.
Can I pay by installments?
Yes you can. To start this process I need to receive a £300 non refundable deposit. You can then pay by five monthly installments of £240 each.
Do I need to have any technical/marketing/styling knowledge?
No. You will learn my tips and techniques during the process.
Do I need any special equipment?
You will need access to a PC with an internet connection. You will need to create a Skype account so we can chat. You will also need to have a microphone on your pc or like me, use a headset with in a built-in microphone. Don’t worry, I can help you with this before we get started.
What type of property will this coaching work for?
Any. The style of property isn’t important – new, old, large, small; from a country cottage, to a villa to a penthouse apartment. But it needs to be of a good basic quality (in terms of its location and how it looks). Afterall, this process is about enhancing what you have, not totally rebuilding!
Do I need a website already?
No.
Is this coaching only suitable for people new to the holiday rental market?
No. Whatever stage you’re at, you will benefit from this investment in your holiday rental business. You may just be starting out and you want to get it right from the start, you may be a short way into the holiday rental business and you’re stuck. Or you may have years of experience but something’s just not working.
