Who am I and why listen to me?
I’m Karen Spencer, founder of The Business of Holiday Rental and I love to work with holiday home or vacation rental owners. I help them find and release the potential in their holiday rental and to run it as a successful business. Ultimately helping them to earn more but also to enjoy the process of being an owner too.
I am an experienced, quality holiday cottage owner. On a budget, I took my cottage from bland to something rather special. I now attract guests at the higher end of the market, who are prepared to pay for quality. I’m earning the income I want to earn from my holiday rental and I can still use the property when I want to.
I have combined my qualification as a home staging stylist, my experience working for a luxury self catering company and my years of knowledge as a quality holiday home owner to create my Holiday Rental Money Makeover program.

How does it work?
After payment, you’ll be emailed login details to access the content. Content is accessed via the Members Login page on my website.
Here, the Modules will be released as webinars (online seminars), where you’ll be able to listen to me and work through the modules at your own pace.
One module is released each week over 4 weeks and then after than time the content is yours to access whenever you like. Each module is broken down into bite-size separate videos. Don’t worry I’m here to help with any techie stuff if need be.
How much time will I need?
Each module lasts for approx 1 hour and a workbook or spreadsheet accompanies each module. In the workbook you can make notes and questions will be set, to build on the concepts raised in the modules. They will take about 20 mins each to complete per module. The more work you put into these workbook exercises the better your results will be.
What happens after the 4 weeks of the program?
The material is yours to keep forever! You can work at your own pace and revisit a particular module again and again.
Can I pay by installments?

What type of property will this program work for?
Any. The style of property isn’t important – new, old, large, small; from a country cottage, to a villa to a penthouse apartment. But it needs to be of a good basic quality (in terms of its location and how it looks). Afterall, this process is about enhancing what you have, not totally rebuilding!
Do I need a website already?
No.
