I’m Karen Spencer an experienced luxury holiday cottage owner. On a budget, I took my cottage from bland to something rather special. I now attract guests at the higher end of the market, who are prepared to pay for quality. I’m earning the income I want to earn from my holiday rental and I can still use the property when I want to.

In my Holiday Rental Money Makeover program I teach you how to:

- your changeover costs are the same no matter what you charge per week

Sounds good, but what’s included in the program?
It consists of 4 modules, all of which are just as important as each other. You need to apply the knowledge and techniques covered in all 4 modules to move your holiday rental business forward.

– Module 3 is Makeover

The Modules will be released as webinars (online seminars), where you’ll be able to listen to me and work through the modules at your own pace.
The program lasts 4 weeks. One module is released each week. A workbook accompanies each module. Each module is broken down into bite-size separate videos.
How much time will I need?
Each module lasts for approx 1 hour and a workbook accompanies each module. In the workbook you can make notes and questions will be set, to build on the concepts raised in the modules. They will take about 20 mins each to complete per module. The more work you put into these workbook exercises the better your results will be.
When does it start?
The program starts on Thursday 5 March 2015, with Module 1 being released then. Module 2 will be made available on Thursday 12 March, Module 3 on Thursday 19 March, and finally Module 4 on Thursday 26 March.
What happens after these 4 weeks?
The material is yours to keep for ever! You can work at your own pace and revisit a particular module again and again.
