ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT – £200 a month
This is for you if your Facebook and Twitter accounts are already set up.
What’s included?
Facebook AND Twitter account management. We’ll start with a 30 minute chat so I can get to know you, your holiday rental property and your area. The purpose is fact finding and to generate ideas to use to promote your property. I’ll also gain an understanding of your social media activity to date. From this chat I will develop and implement a strategy for you.
Day to Day Management
- Researching and writing relevant new content to appear on Facebook on Twitter.
- Posting content to your social media accounts, minimum 2 x daily on Facebook, 4 x daily on Twitter.
- Interacting with followers, commenting on, liking and sharing other’s content.
- Use of relevant images and where applicable creating new images and memes.
- Writing and implementing a social media schedule to include a variety of content.
- Growing your page likes and followers as a result.
If you want to work with me, please be quick, as I only have capacity to manage a limited number of social media accounts.
What I will need from you?
As much content as you can provide eg blogs, images of your property, local images, local events, local attractions. I will need passwords and your permission to access your Facebook page and Twitter. If you have any personal accounts, I will not need access to these.
How does it work?
Click the “Buy Now” button, to make your first month’s payment of £200 (for subsequent months I will invoice you). I’ll then contact you to arrange our chat and you can sit back and relax, knowing that your Facebook and Twitter accounts will be taken care of.
Can I cancel my monthly payments?
Of course, as soon as you’re ready to manage your accounts just let me know. But I will need a month’s notice.
How long is this service available for?
I’d like to think that after a few months, once your Facebook and Twitter accounts have become established, you will take back control. You will be able to emulate the schedule I set up for you and my content ideas. You’ll know what works and what doesn’t and I’ll give you a handover so you won’t be left high and dry.
Your accounts could be up and running and generating you new leads by as early as next week. So be quick!
